These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Secret Language / Time for Magic ("we", "us" or the "Seller") and the user who is granted customer status when placing an order or making a purchase online through our website ("you" or the "Customer"). By using our service, you accept and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy and Cookie Policy, which is effective at the same time. If you do not agree, you should not use our service. We advise you to check this page periodically, as we reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice.
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), clear and correct to the best of our ability. Errors may occur; we will correct them as soon as possible. The applicable VAT rate and shipping costs are indicated before you confirm your order. Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Multibanco, MB WAY, and PayPal. After payment, you will receive an email confirmation and, where applicable, an invoice. In case of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, we may need to vary delivery times; we will inform you as soon as possible.
