Refund Policy

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, Article 17 (Portugal) we do not offer returns.

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace or refund as appropriate. In those cases we may cover the return shipping cost.
