Secret Language / Time for Magic offers various shipping options that may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the order characteristics such as weight, value, and destination region. This policy describes how we ship and deliver physical products ordered through our website.

Shipping rates are displayed when placing your order, at the second step of the cart, taking into account the chosen shipping method and any added services. The final price is shown in the summary before payment. Costs depend on the destination, weight, and value of your order. VAT is applied at the current legal rate where applicable.

Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code (when available) so you can follow your shipment and receive updates. Delivery is typically made from the first business day after dispatch, but delivery times may vary as indicated in the shipping options or as described at checkout.

For digital products (e.g. access to recordings, courses, or downloadable content), access is granted after payment confirmation, as described on the product page. No physical shipping applies.

If there are delays, we will inform you as soon as possible. When available, we provide a tracking link so you can follow your shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
